• Exceptional minyan start times: Shabbat/Pesach morning- 6:45 and 8:30. There will be an early minyan Friday evening at 17:40 (in addition to the "regular" one at 19:01), but kiddush of the Seder may not be recited before 19:32 (It should be preceded by the recitation of the three portions of Keri'at Shema).
• זמני תפילה חריגים. מנין ההשכמה בשבת יתחיל בשעה 6:45 והמנין המרכזי ב8:30. בליל ששי מנחה מוקדמת ב17:40 ו"רגיל" ב19:01. אפשר להתחיל את סדר פסח עם קידוש רק משעה 19:32.
• Please don't forget to sell your Chametz. People can use the online options linked below. The shul will not be handling Chametz sales this year.

  Some of the important highlights from the CRC Guide are as follows:
  - All pill medication (with or without chametz) that one swallows is permitted without special hashgacha. Vitamins and Food supplements do not necessarily fall under this category.
  - Liquid and chewable medications that contain kitniyot are permitted for one who is ill.
  - All varieties of body soaps, shampoos and stick deodorants are permitted for use on Pesach regardless of their ingredients.
  - All types of ointments, creams, nail polish, hand lotions, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, foot and face powders, and ink and paint may be used regardless of their ingredients.
  -Lipstick, mouthwash and toothpaste which contain Chametz should not be used.
  -Alcohol used in cosmetic products and toiletries manufactured in the USA is free of Chametz.

• The second annual lecture in memory of Chaya Levmore Tannor z”l will take place on Sunday, May 5, at 20:00. The speaker is Dr. Yael Ziegler who will speak in English on “Ruth: From Alienation to Monarchy”. Light refreshments will be served after the lecture.

• Daf Yomi summaries by Shalom Bronner. If you click the “Education” tab at the top of the shul website the daf yomi page is listed. The "daf yomi" contains a link to explanations of the Tosefot for the Daf Yomi.
