Bereavement and Memorial זיכרון ושכול:

• The Azkara for the Yahrzeit of Ellen Hexter z"l will take place on Thursday August 13 (23 Menachem Av) at 18:30 at the Rehovot cemetery. In accordance with current restrictions, the Azkara will be held for family members only.

• The next shul board meeting, is scheduled for Monday 10 August 20:00 via Zoom. The agenda and zoom meeting link will be posted in the member documents section (login required).
• Shofar: If you think you'll need to blow shofar for yourself or someone else this year, or if you're just interested in learning how to blow shofar, Dan Feigelson has posted several videos to YouTube, available here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ8FjZ-aqypqPQIlMA6wd9A.
• Urgently needed- Shlichei Tzibbur for the Yamim Noraim (coaching provided). Due to projected necessity to hold several outdoor minyanim, the Shul needs more Baalei Tefilla to daven before the amud. Currently, we project a shortage of baalei Tefilla available and willing to help out this year. Anyone interested in participating as a “Chazan Rishon (Mussafim on R”H and Y’K, Kol Nidre night night & Neilah) or Chazzan Sheni (Shacharit and Mincha on R’H and Y”K) over the Yamim Noraim or as a Ba’al Tokeah, should please be in touch with Daniel Schwartz at cantordbsesq@gmail.com. If it’s a been while since you last davened as a chazzan on the Yamim Noraim, Daniel is available to coach people in Nussach.
