• Azakara marking the Shloshim for Chaya Tannor z'l. On Wednesday, May 24 (28 Iyar, Motzai Yom Yerushalayim) from 20:00-22:00 there will be an evening at Bermans to commemorate Chaya. The schedule includes: 1. A shiur by Dr. Miriam Sklarz [in Hebrew] on אשת חיל (משלי ל"א)  מאלף עד תיו. 2. A siyum of Shisha Sidrei Mishnah by current and former members of the Tachkemoni Mishnah chug and their families. 3. Some words from family members. Yehi zichra baruch.
• אזכרה לציון השלושים לחיה טנור ז"ל. ביום רביעי בתאריך 24.5.17 (כ"ח אייר, מוצאי יום ירושלים) בין השעות 20:00-22:00 נקיים ערב לזכרה של חיה. בתוכנית: 1. שיעור מפי ד"ר מרים סקלרץ [בעברית] בנושא- אשת חיל (משלי ל"א)- מאלף עד תיו. 2. סיום של ששה סדרי משנה על ידי משתתפים מהעבר וההווה של חוג משנה בבית ספר תחכמוני, ומשפחותיהם. 3. מספר מילים מקרב המשפחה. יהי זכרה ברוך.
• The azkara for our dear member Jay (Yakov Sandor) Goldstein ז"ל will take place Thursday, the 25th of May (29th of Iyyar, 5777) at the Rehovot Cemetery. Family and friends will gather at 18:00 at the Rehovot cemetery entrance.

• **This coming week** The second Kahn-Bellows lecture (on the topic of the Rabbanut in modern times) will be given [in Hebrew] by Rabbi Elyashiv Knohel, Rav of Kfar Etzion and head of the Jewish Marriage Project at Tzohar. He will speak in Hebrew on the topic of “Divorce and marriage in modern day Israel from Tzohar’s viewpoint”. Monday May 22nd. Maariv at 20:00 lecture at 20:10.  
• **השבוע** ההרצאה השניה בסדרת קאהן בלוס יינתן על ידי הרב אלישיב קנוהל, רבה של כפר עציון וראש המערך של פרויקט נישואין יהודיים בצהר. נושא ההרצאה: "גירושין ונישואין במדינת ישראל מנקודת מבטה של ארגון צהר". ההרצאה תהיה בעברית ביום שני ה22 למאי אור לכ"ו באייר. מעריב ב20:00 וההרצאה ב20:10.
• Combined Adar/Nissan/Iyar and Sivan Jointly Sponsored Yahrtzeit Kiddush. The Adar/Nissan/Iyar and Sivan JSK will be held on June 10th Parashat Beha'alotcha (note change of date). To participate in the kiddush, please contact Judd Bogdansky (jbogdansky@gmail.com) no later than Sunday June 4th. Participation: 150 NIS per person. Judd confirms all emails he receives; if you do not hear back, please follow up.

• **Free concert**  On Friday, May 26, at 11:00, the Hadarei Ron Choir of Rehovot will be performing as part of the series of (free) Friday morning concerts at Beit Ha’Am, sponsored by the Rehovot Municipality. • Tachkemoni- the local (and excellent) state religious elementary school is looking for a few more first grade students. Approximately 100 students are registered for the incoming first grade class. The additional registration of 2 more students will enable opening of a 4th class, resulting in significantly smaller class size for all. If you or someone you know is the parent of a child entering first grade who may be interested in Tachkemoni, feel free to contact Parents' Committee representative, Moshe Galili 054-925-6255.
